"The apartment was pretty great, I liked it! Nice and cozy, with good shower/toilet; electric kettle and toaster were also a plus👌🏼 The bed was large and comfortable, there was hot water always and good internet connection. Plus the 12th district was nice & safe."

"I had a very bad experience with the guy who was supposed to meet me, pass the keys and show me everything in the apartment. He was late for 30 minutes!! I was just standing in front of the building, tired after the flight and he was simply declining my calls…😑 To say I was pissed off is to say nothing! The good thing is that the support team of the agency (that owns this apartment) was in touch with me trying to solve the problem on their side. Long story short, it was totally a problem in this concrete guy, because when I asked for iron > another guy came and he was super kind and sweet apologizing for that guy’s behavior. So yes, I hope they did punish that bad one… Also, the towels were not super clean and I really lacked slippers(("

"The size of the toilet = door couldn't be comfortably shut. There were some minor repairs that had not been attended to: strip round sink and induction hob; hole gouged on occasional table. It would be greatly improved by fitting insect mesh at one of the bedroom windows - we were both bitten in the night."

"Самостоятельное заселение (инструкция детальная и даже в картинках). Персонал всегда на связи и быстро отвечает. Очень дружелюбно. Не требовали никакого залога. В квартире есть все необходимое - посуда для приготовления , техника (плита, микроволновая печь, чайник, кофе машина ). Был кофе и чай. Так же в квартире есть фен, утюг, гладильная доска. Абсолютно все для комфортной жизни. Было мыло, шампунь, туалетные принадлежности . Постельное белье и полотенца шикарного качества . Удобная кровать. Спокойной и безопасный район. Рядом есть метро - нам было удобно добраться до любой точки Парижа. Для покупок рекомендую Ашан, который находится рядом с метро. А по воскресеньям проходит прекрасная ярмарка, где можно купить абсолютно все. Я бы с удовольствием вернулась еще раз"

"Muy cerca de dos estaciones de metro que en 25 minutos te dejan en el centro. Hay de todo lo que necesites muy cerca: supermercado, panaderias, lugares para comer, todo. Se adecuaron a nuestro horario de llegada. Muy comodo el check out."
